All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Made-to-order or custom pieces require additional production time, typically 2–4 weeks, as noted on the product page.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If we experience high order volume or delays, we will notify you promptly.
We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

We ship worldwide to select countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Packages are discreetly labeled for security purposes.

If you need to ship to an alternative secure location, please contact us prior to dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that fail address or payment verification checks.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Retain all packaging materials.
Provide photographs of any visible damage.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier and insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, we are not responsible for theft after delivery.
